Johnson; her children, Jerry Beach (Vicky), Terry Grace and Gary Beach; her grandchildren, Brandon Beach (Theresa), Renae Phenix (Nathan), Jennifer Grace, Lindsey Grace and Noah Beach; and her siblings, Dale Evans (Jacque), Pat Carrico (Bill) of West Plains, Lillie Moss of West Plains and Imogene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
