He was predeceased by: his daughter Mariah Haish; and his grandmother Mary Lenert. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Lane Haish, Sr. and Colleen Lenert; his son Kristopher Haish (Samanta); and his sisters, Jennifer Millen (Andrew), Pamela Haish and Kristine Cherry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
