He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian Sue McMahan Brake. He is survived by: his father Dale Albert; his wife Penny Lou Brake; his children, Hannah Leigh Brake, Nicholas Earl Brake, Derick Harlan and Nick Harlan (Kenzie); his grandchildren, Huntley and Adalynn; his son Dakota Harlan; and his brother James Brake (Robin). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and cousins.
