He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Andy Billings and Bernice Cousar Billings; and his father-in-law Edwin Doyle Grissom. He is survived by: his wife Debra Billings; his daughters, Tara Billings, Stacy Prewett (Joe) and Angela Stasney (Jason); his grandchildren, Mallory Snodgras (David), Alex Prewett (Kate), Tatum Stasney and Bridgette Stasney; his great grandchildren, Hollis Snodgras, Myles Prewett, Brady Gaines, Emma Gaines and Isabelle Snodgras; his sister-in-law Pam Mullen; his nephews, Zach Mullen, Mike Billings and Ken Billings; his niece Debbie Billings; his cousin Charlotte Woods; his brother Paul Bernard Billings; and his mother-in-law Virginia Bellah Grissom. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
