She was predeceased by: her mother Dianne Spencer Guy; the father of her children Tony Lee Collins; and her cousins, Crystal Michelle Cole and Eric Neil Cole. She is survived by: her father Bobby Guy; her children, Brantley Wayne Collins and Johnni Beth Collins; her siblings, James Curtis Guy (Deborah), Robert Eugene Guy (Delayna), Gregory Adam Guy (Shannon) and Nikayla Marrero (Mario); and her cousins, Brittney Birdsong and Kristin Spencer. She is also survived by several other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
