He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Adkisson and Addie Dell Bruce Adkisson. He is survived by: his wife Evona; his sons, Regan Adkisson (Patti) and Darin Adkisson (Michele); his grandchildren, Julianne Strasser (Kent), Lakan Perkins (Brayton) and Zakry Adkisson; his great grandchildren, Reid, Rhett, Weldon and Rush Perkins; his sister Ernestine Doss (Don); his sister-in-law Eudene Holt; and his siblings, Ernest Adkisson, Junior Ardell Adkisson and Rachel Murray (late Glenn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
