She is survived by: her children, Madonna Tackitt (Kevin) of West Plains and James McCormack (Wendi Braden); her grandchildren, Chase Lawing, Jennipher Lawing, Chasity Upton, Chant Upton, Britney McCormack, Jared McCormack (Keely), Jacelyn Shrable (Noah), Hannah Braden, Kassie, Linden Blevins, Dwight and Lyndsay Tackitt; her great grandchildren, Logan Conyers, Hunter Lawing, Ethan, Callie Upton, Kaysen Beatty, Tai Blevins, Evan Blevins, Viviene Tackitt, River Tackitt, Rafe Tackitt, Kendra Tackitt, Megyn Poulette (Levi), Caden Upton, Sadie Upton, Lylah Shrable, Laynee Shrable, Jaysten McCormack and Harlie Cook; her great great grandchildren, Bennett Conyers and Carter Poulette; her nieces and nephews, Frankie Harris, Lisa Fountain and Doug Rhoads (Gabby); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Smith (Harley), Brynn Siklas (Zach), Alyssa Perryman (Jason), Shara Klem, Annie Briggs (Briggs) and Michael Rhoads (Tania); and also, Layne, Kash Smith, Easton, Wyatt Sherman, Charles Rhoads and Aurora Briggs. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
