He is survived by: his mother Joy Willard (Crabtree); his aunts and uncles, Steve, Susie Taylor, Lee and Judy Scott; his cousins, Terry Willard, Tammy Braddish, Kent Taylor, Linda, Eddie Scott, Lisa and Wendy Kay; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Weston Scott, David Kay, Hope Scott and Jessica Kay.
