He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Graham Justus O'Neal; his wife Kay O'Neal; his stepson Scott Smallwood; his grandchildren, Shelby Holland, Ethan Hale, Emily Morris and Kolton Smallwood; his great grandchild Caroline Rae Hale; his mother Connie O'Neal; his siblings, Kathleen Aid (Toney) of West Plains and Grant O'Neal (Patty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachel Beaman (Daniel), Leslie O'Neal, Graham Aid, Stockholm, Sweden and Hilary Aid (Mason); his stepdaughter Athena Holland; and also, Jacob, Ethan and Ashby of Columbia, Missouri.. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews.
