It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Annette Kostelnik of West Plains, Missouri, born in Durant, Mississippi, who passed away on April 25, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Sandra and Raymond Blake Sr. Sandra; her grandson Houston Kostelnik; and her sister Caroline Jamison. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Kostelnik, Frank Kostelnik Jr. (Lea Anna), Jeremy Kostelnik (Samantha) and Destry Shed; and her brother Raymond Blake, Jr. (Becky). She is also survived by five step-children; nineteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
