It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roscoe Dewane Parker of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Parker and Ava Parker (Crow); his former wife Marilyn Anne Morgan; and his siblings, Delores, Paul, Earlene Downen and Maxine Franks.
He is survived by: his wife Darla; his children, Steve Parker (Lori) of Eureka, Rick Parker (Kim) of Chesterfield and Lea Anne McCormick (Kent) of McKinney, Texas; and his stepchildren, Rachel Evins, Monica Evins and Whitney McGinnis (Todd). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
