He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lipper and Christine Lipper; his wife Brenda; and his brothers, Billy Wayne Lipper and Donald Gene Lipper.
He is survived by: his children, Adam Lipper (Pam) and Tracy Roberts (Jason) of Cabot; his grandchildren, Eric Pigue (Adrianna) of Paragould, Christine Lipper of West Plains and Crew Roberts of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; his brother Mark Lipper of Paragould; and his stepsiblings, Larry Brannum of Paragould and Jackie Letson of Paragould. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
