He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Seferino Delgado and Maria Delgado (Franco); his wife Kathy; his children, Richard Delgado of Springfield, MO, Tiffany Watts (Jim) of Lee and Erika Delgado of Lee; his siblings, John Delgado of Kansas City, MO and Linda Lange of Gladstone, MO; and his grandchildren, Alyssa and Austin. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
