He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Andrade, Sr. and Maria Adame Andrade; and his brother Mike Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Michele Perkins (Bennie) and Zach Andrade (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn of West Plains, Madisyn of West Plains, Haley of West Plains, Jacob Perkins of West Plains, Zoey of State and Jordyn Andrade of State; his brother Salvador Andrade (Alice); his nieces and nephews, Erin, Charlie, Evan, Elizabeth and Erica; and his brothers, Sammy and Jimmy.
