With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Albert Riel of West Plains, Missouri, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Riel and Armandine Riel; and his brother George Riel. He is survived by: his wife Margie Theora Riel; his children, Dawn Dionne (Glen) of West Plains, Brian Riel (Pam) of Springfield and Jason Riel (Karen) of Harrisonville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Rebecca Barnwell (Matthew) of Aiken, Nicole Mann (Ben) of Springfield, Benjamin Dionne of West Plains, Zachary Riel of Kansas City and Jacob Riel of Garden City, Missouri; and his siblings, Arthur Riel (Irene), Armand Riel (Marie), Gerald Riel, Lucille Terrien, Edna Randall and Terry Satti. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
