He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Caldwell and Mae Mills Caldwell. He is survived by: his son Greg Siekawitch (Angie); his siblings, Joe Dan Caldwell and Ledith Mothersill; his nephews, Roger Taylor and Mark Taylor (Andrea); his niece Ashley Caldwell; and his friend Evelyn Kelsey. He is also survived by other relatives; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Gideons.
