She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigle L. Watkins and Ernie F. North Watkins; her former husband William Church; her husband Claud Hensley; and her sister-in-law Kathy Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Patti, Larry Watkins, Shirley Akers and Patricia Burge; her daughter-in-law Rita Pugh (Hensley); her siblings, Eula Forbes, Ray Lewis and Dale Watkins; and her son-in-law Cay Burge. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
