He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Taylor DeShazo and Margaret Elma Donahue DeShazo; his wife Judy DeShazo; and his son Patrick Timothy DeShazo, Jr. (Timmy). He is survived by: his daughters, Lori DeShazo of West Plains and Jennifer Burtrum (Robert) of West Plains; and his grandchildren, Bo Burtrum, Hunter Burtrum and McKenzie Burtrum. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
