He is survived by: his former wife Helen Peaker; his wife Geneva Skaggs Barks; his sons, Michael James Barks, Hubert Ray Barks (Cindy) and Timothy Lynn Barks (Karen); his stepchildren, Matt Day, Gene Day (Caroline), Darlene Horst (Phil) and Lavada Kester (Mike); his daughter-in-law Mary Bowen; his siblings, Mildred Warren (Verdon) and Melvin Barks (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Lori Barks (Chris), Chantell Lambert (Corey), Jason Collins, Chris Barks, Bradley Barks (Moria), Cody Willbanks, Jason Willbanks, Dalton Day, Courtney Day, Josh Davis, Joe Norris, Allie Harris, Justin Horst and Michelle Dawn Redmond; and his great grandchildren, Latisha, Iran, Kylar, Tristyn, McKenzie, Drew, Haley, Cayson, Allie and Liam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
