She was predeceased by: her parents, John James Crabtree and Nancy Ruth "Miller" Crabtree; her husband Neal Cagle; and her siblings, Milton Crabtree and Sandra Sessoms.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Wicker of Myrtle, Challie Frealy (Mike) of Thayer, Anderson Cagle (Alana) of North Carolina, Genevieve Robinson (Jason) of West Plains and Jonathan Cagle of Myrtle, Missouri; and her siblings, Mitch Crabtree, Lewis Crabtree, Ricky Crabtree, Delaine Womack, Mozelle Pulliam and Gail Apichino. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
