He was predeceased by: his father Ival Wendell Collins. He is survived by: his mother Mary Francis Owen Collins; his wife Terry Lee Collins; his children, Crisi Hadley (James), Douglas Collins and Leigh Collins (Thomas McGoldrick); his grandchildren, Victoria McKee, Nicholas Hadley, Kyle Hadley, Zeriah Jones, Kailee Collins and Willow Collins; his great grandchild Scarlett Collins (Little Starlett); his siblings, Galen Collins (Margaret), Teresa Goodpasture and Terena Hudson (Lionel); his siblings-in-law, Charles Richardson (Phyllis), Doyle Richardson (Joan), Jerry Richardson (Vicky), Gary Richardson (Janet) and Sherry Pemberton (Rocky); and his friend Morgan. He is also survived by loving husband, precious son, best brother, and a Special Daddy to his children, as well as a great 'Papa' to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Cancer Organization of Choice and left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
