He is survived by: his wife Mary Barks; his children, Roger Carter, Teresa Fultz, Melinda O'Malley (Mike) and Melvin "Chuck" Barks, Jr.; his grandchildren, Joshua Johnson (Katrina), Melvin Barks (Jennifer), Dustin Barks, Jacob Barks (Meagan), Maddison Fultz, Amanda Wymer, Ronnie Fultz, Michael O'Malley (Yoshi), Justin O'Malley (Becca), Austin O'Malley (Brittney) and Kenya Morris; his great grandchildren, Ceira O'Malley, Landon Fultz, D'Layne Allison, Aurora Barks, Tara Barks, Kinnley Barks, Leia Barks, Ella Barks, Yuri Davis, Daxton Fultz, Estella Johnson, Adam O'Malley, Bridgette O'Malley, Gracie O'Malley, Addlyn Howell, Lilly and Nemo Morris; his sister Mildred Warren (Verdon); his siblings-in-law, Steve Johnston (Tammy) and Lillian Barks; his parents-in-law, Mary Edith Smith and John Lewis Johnston; his siblings, Vanis, Kenneth, Orville, Trueal, Mary, Ona, Dora and Lois; his sons-in-law, Keith Baker and Anthony Fultz; and his in-laws, Leroy, Cecil Johnston and Ann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
