It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Louise Franks of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Parker and Ava Crow Parker; and her sister Earlene Downen. She is survived by: her son Roger Franks (Candace); her granddaughter Ava Roberts (Eric); her great grandchild Evelyn Mae Roberts; and her siblings, Roscoe Parker (Darla), Paul Parker and Delores Jean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
