She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stevens and Alice Neudeck Stevens. She is survived by: her former husband Frank Matejek; her children, John Matejek (Ashley) of West Plains and Christina Matejek of West Plains; her grandchildren, Isabel of West Plains, Mason of West Plains, Easton of West Plains and Ashlen Matejek of West Plains; and her brother Edward Stevens (Renee). She is also survived by one sister.
