It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lovernon Hicks of West Plains, Missouri, born in Pottersville, Missouri, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Moody and Irene Crider Moody; and her nephew Melburn Moody. She is survived by: her children, Janice Howe-Beckman (Ray) of Linwood and Freddie Hicks of West Plains, Missouri; her grandchildren, Christine Howe-Louden (Lloyd) of Duncannon and Justin Hicks (Jennifer) of West Plains, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Cameron Gray of Branson, Lane Hicks of West Plains and Matthew Louden of Duncannon, Pennsylvania; her nephews, Matthew Hicks and Dewayne Moody; her sister-in-law Lena Doris Maupin; her husband Cecil Hicks; her brother Leland Moody; and her granddaughter Corine Howe.
