She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Lee and Lucille Swetnam (Olinger); her husband John B. Hawkins; and her son Steve. She is survived by: her son Gary Hawkins (Beverly) of Edwardsville, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Dianna Hawkins of Caulfield, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Kevin Hawkins (Becca) of San Rafael, California, Melinda Hawkins of Louisville, Trent Hawkins (Ashley) of Independence and Samantha McFarland (Adam) of West Plains, Missouri. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
