She was predeceased by: her parents, Larkin Collins and Ida Collins (Roper); her children, Royal James White and Ruth Madden; her granddaughter Tracy Cook; her daughter-in-law Chris White; her siblings, Alonzo, Ival, Leon, Doyle, Roger Collins and Naomi Painter; and her siblings-in-law, Connie, Wilma, Patricia, Christine Collins, Ralph Bunch and Edsel Painter.
She is survived by: her sons, Gayle White of West Plains, Lehman White of West Plains, Marlon White of West Plains and Garol White; her grandchildren, Amy Rosebrough, Scott Madden, Fonda Elkins, Cynthia White and Bradley White; her great grandchildren, Keely McCormack, Tehya Wilson, Emma Madden, Tyler Elkins, Alicia White and Winfield White; her brother Paul Collins; her sisters-in-law, Mary Collins and Harietta Collins; and her son-in-law Zip Madden. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
