She is survived by: her children, Billy Provow (Linda) and Debra Lambert (Douglas); her grandchildren, Corey Lambert (Chantell), Alichia Boshears (Derek), Felicia Julian and Charlie Lampley (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Kylar Lambert, Tristyn Lambert, Kallie Julian, Charles Lampley, Jr. and Kenzi Perkins; her brothers, Bill Tatum (Rose Marie) and Clyde Tatum, Jr. (Jan); her siblings-in-law, Roy Provow (Mona) and Karen Sue Tatum; her son David Provow; and her siblings, Leonard, Leroy Tatum, Carolyn Kee and Karen Kennedy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
