She is survived by: her husband Patrick Timothy DeShazo (Tim); her daughters, Lori DeShazo of West Plains and Jennifer Burtrum (Robert) of West Plains; her grandchildren, Bo Burtrum, Hunter Burtrum and McKenzie Burtrum; her stepmother Mary Jane Akridge; her son Patrick Timothy DeShazo, Jr. (Timmy); and her aunt Ruth Hayes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
