Johnny Gene Jewell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Gene Jewell of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on August 25, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jewell and Maggie Jewell (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Judy Hiller; his daughters, Jennifer Girdley of West Plains and Jamie Johnson (Arnell) of Cassville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Austin Houts, Devin Girdley, Avrie Girdley, Jonathan Jewell and Hanna Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hadley Houts, Haylen Houts and Finn Johnson; and his siblings, Henry Jewell (Ruth) of Thayer, Jimmy Jewell of Thayer, Alice Jennings (Finnely) of Crane, Teddy Jewell of Thayer and Patsy Eagleburger (Eric) of Walnut Grove, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
