It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Marius Miller of West Plains, Missouri, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Malcolm Miller and Doris R. Lockhart; his father-in-law Lil Cromer; and his sister Barbara Miller. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Miller; his children, J. P. Miller (Tamarah) and Jill Donica; his grandchildren, Uriah Miller, Naomi Miller, Andrew Donica and Aaron Donica; his brothers-in-law, Roger Cromer (Linda), Steve Cromer (Patty), Jay Cromer (Doreen) and Craig Cromer (Sherri); and his brother Jon Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
