He is survived by: his mother Carol Manley McClain; his wife Karen Eaker Moody of West Plains, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Melissa Swift of West Plains and Candice Huett of Springfield, Missouri; his half-brother Jay Thomas; his stepbrother Charlie McClain; his stepmother Billie Moody of Newbern, Tennessee; his niece Brandi Reams; and his grandchildren, Sydney Williams and Riley Huett.
