He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Taylor and Pearl A. Van Wort Taylor; and his siblings, David Taylor, Crystal Ellison, Earldean Cantrell, Juanita Smith and Rosemary Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his daughters, Vickie Driskell (Kevin) and Stacie Carrico (Jason); his granddaughters, Taylor Carrico, Gina Davis (Chris) and Amanda Collins (Clayton); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Eva Collins and Gracie Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
