He is survived by: his wife Laura Pendergrass; his daughters, Belinda Pendergrass and Melanie Wyatt (Joel); his grandson Landry Pitts; his siblings, Jim Pendergrass (Marilyn), Bob Pendergrass (Fayetta) and Phylllis Schimming (Jim); his friend Ernestine Cochran; and his pet Bree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
