He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Willard (Bud) and Maxine Moffis Willard. He is survived by: his close friend Pam Brotherton; his cousins, Freda Paschall and Vicki Lynn Watts; and also, Kileene Collins, Jennifer Jennings and Will Brotherton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
