He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Downing West and Jessie Lea West of Caulfield, Missouri.. He is survived by: his siblings, Melva Johnson (Perry D.), Joyce James and John West (Sharon); his sister-in-law Janina West; his niece Teena Skiles (Joe); his nephews, Justin West (Jodie), Brock James (Bethany) and Jeremy West (Melissa); his brother Jeff West; and his nephews, Perry Dwayne Johnson II and Bradley Christopher Reid. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
