He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leonard and Jane Rhoads; his brother Kenneth Eugene Rhoads; his father-in-law Basil Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Collins and John Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Rhoads; his daughters, Stacy Tharp (Garry) of West Plains, Missouri and Ashley Rhoads of West Plains, Missouri; his grandsons, Bryce Tharp and Logan Tharp; his siblings, David Rhoads (Tammy), Steve Rhoads, Melanie Woodward (Cary), Lynn Rhoads (Jodie), Tracy Rhoads and Richard Rhoads (Kim); his mother-in-law Pat Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Benita Parker, Vonda Almond (Dennis) and Delissa Sanders (Henry). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
