She is survived by: her children, Johnie James Scaggs (Nancy), Guy Henry Scaggs (Betsy), Vera Cordelia Alsup (Bill) and Lee Robert Scaggs; her daughters-in-law, Pam Scaggs-Seaton and Leslie Scaggs; and her sister Emily Russell. She is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren, and one on the way, and one great great grandchild.
