James Marlind Whiteside Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023, at the age of 86, James Marlind Whiteside of West Plains, Missouri, born in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Whiteside and Mattie May Hayes Whiteside; and his sister Betty Hartle. He is survived by: his wife Mary Whiteside; his children, Sharon Hall (Dale) of West Plains, James Scott Whiteside (Tamra) of West Plains, Lisa Cook of West Plains, Jayson Whiteside of West Plains, Shana of West Plains and Troy Allen Whiteside of West Plains; and his siblings, Howard Whiteside (Pat), Richard Whiteside (Donna), Fern Tackitt (Bob), Elaine Durham (Tilman) and Carolyn McLain. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
