He is survived by: his children, Katherine Allee and Larry Rigger (Kathleen); his daughter-in-law Joyce Rigger; his grandchildren, Dawn Bruffett (Ellie), James Bruffett (Kendra), Amber Hopper Gall, Elizabeth Wheeler (Ben), Tara Rigger (Allan Gibson), Serenity Matney (Tony) and Eli Rigger; his great grandchildren, Skyla Bruffett, Henry Matney, Nate, William, Evie Bruffett, Kesler, Surelle Gibson, Ethan Hopper and Adeline Wheeler; his brothers, Lloyd Rieger (Aggie) and Norman Rieger; his sisters-in-law, Joy Rieger, Gloria Rieger and Delores Driscoll (Jim); his son Bradley James Rigger; his great grandchildren, Chloe Martinez and Jake Wheeler; his brothers, Joseph and Clinton Rieger; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Rieger and Hervy Dobbs (late Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
