He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Decker and Geraldine Baltz Decker; and his sister Dixie Decker. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Decker; his granddaughters, Megan Smith and Monica Arter; his sister Sue Decker Gammon; his nephew Greg Gammon (Renee) of Springfield, Missouri.; his niece Libby Dunn of Springfield, Missouri.; and his daughter Ann Collins. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775).
