She is survived by: her son Jeff Smith of West Plains, Missouri; her grandchildren, Shelby Smith, Karsyn Smith and Sawyer Smith of West Plains, Missouri; her cousins, Cathy (Hal Jeffrey) of Battlefield, Janet (Kevin Turner) of Battlefield, Bill Shelton of Carson and Jerry Hayden of Springfield, Missouri; and her friends, Debbie Duff, Donna Luther and Sara Ann Wright. She is also survived by friends and family.
