She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Marie and Andrew Jackson Lesley; her adoptive parents, Bertha Gilda Douglas, Madison L. Douglas of Willow Springs and Hazel Lee Douglas; her husband Troy F. Evins; her daughter Judy Fields; and her granddaughter Shelley Krecker.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Evins (Sandra) of West Plains and Donald Evins (Randy Mabe) of Winston-Salem; her son-in-law Donald Fields; her grandsons, Scott Wood, Bryan Wood and Matthew Evins; her great grandchildren, Ryan Reid, Stanley Reid, Emily Wood, Noah Wood, Tricia Shultz, Dylan Evins and Destiny Wood; her great great grandchild Naomi Cameron; and also Ernest Lesley.
