He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Charles and Ina Marie Evins Blair; his wife Veta Cockrum; and his siblings, Roy Blair, Charles Blair, Mona Hensley and Earnie Green.
He is survived by : his daughter Heather McGrath (Kevin); his grandson Gunner; and his siblings, Melvin Blair (Leda), Gary Blair, Fern Hall, Floy Lyon (Larry), Pearl Weaver and Minnie Burkett (Gordon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Free Union Cemetery.
