We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Harley Leroy Watkins (West Plains, Missouri), born in Oregon, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Eual Watkins and Lillian Gertrude Shelton Watkins; and his siblings, Elwin, Sebulon (Seb), Robert, Chester, Theodore, James, Duane and Beulah Stavros.

He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Watkins; his daughter Jolene Howell (Stacy); his grandchildren, Brady Howell and Harly Howell; and his sisters, Bonnie Myers (Leand) and Betty Pitcock (Frankie).

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and left at Carter Funeral Home.
