He is survived by: his significant other Shelly Haynes; the mother of his children Sandy Giardina; his children, Guy Atchison Jr. (Stephanie) and Christina Wilburn (Michael); his siblings, Cris Atchison, Scott Atchison (Samantha), Vicky Usery (Dennis) and Lisa Atchison (Scott); and his grandchildren, Robbie, Kyleigh, Marissa, Liam and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
