He was predeceased by: his father John Melvin; and his niece Ashley. He is survived by: his mother Deena Deibert Melvin; his son John Melvin; his girlfriend Rhonda Campbell; his girlfriend's son Noah; and his brother Christopher (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
