He is survived by: his wife Janice Forristall; his children, David, Clara Young and Dave Boone (Lisa); his sister-in-law Joyce Ann Forristall; his grandchildren, Jason Young, Wesley Young, Nathan Boone (Kialy) and Lynsey Sullivan (Cam); and his great grandchildren, Kensi Young, Larsen Sullivan and Tanner Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
