He is survived by: his children, Dusty Wilbanks of West Plains and Shelby Wilbanks (Amanda) of West Plains; his siblings, Clyde Wilbanks, Jr., Jerry Wilbanks (Diane), Orvil Wilbanks (Leslie), Barbara Decker Barton, Alma Fox, Bertha Barton Thomas, Kathy Rohrer (Tim) and Ed Wilbanks; his niece Cassandra Rohrer; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Barton, Don Fox and Roy Decker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and close family friend.
