He is survived by: his wife Magdalena; his children, Jose Perez (Patty), Rudy Perez, Phil Perez (Becky) and Maggie Alvarado (Jess); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Joshua, Natasha (Jesse), Marcus (Lizette), Rudy, Jessica (Justin), Claire (John), Nick and Juliana. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
